How We Work at The Voxel Studio
At The Voxel Studio, we follow a clear, collaborative, and structured workflow to ensure high-quality outputs, minimal revisions, and complete alignment with our clients vision.
We begin with an initial discussion to understand your project requirements, expectations, and timeline.
During this stage, we request:
- Architectural drawings (PDF / CAD / RVT)
- Defined camera angles or key views (if available)
- Scope of work and number of renders required
- Any special requirements or focus areas
This step ensures clarity from the start and helps us align technically and creatively before production begins.
Before applying materials, we create white (clay) renders based on the agreed camera angles.
Why this step matters:
- Helps visualise proportions, scale, and spatial depth
- Allows early identification of design adjustments
- Minimises changes at later stages
- Ensures camera angles are finalised and approved
This stage acts as a quality checkpoint, saving time and avoiding costly revisions.
Once the white renders are approved, we conduct a second discussion focused on design intent.
In this stage, we finalise:
- Material palette (finishes, textures, colours)
- Lighting mood and ambience
- Furniture, decor, and styling direction
- Client references or inspiration images
This step ensures the final visuals reflect your design language accurately.
With all approvals in place, we proceed to apply materials, lighting, and detailing to produce high-quality photorealistic renders.
Final deliverables include:
- Fully rendered high-resolution images
- Post-processed visuals ready for presentation or marketing
- Final outputs delivered in agreed formats and timelines
